Producer: O. Fournier, founded in 2000, produce wine in Argentina, Chile, Ribera del Douro and Rioja
Cellar Potential: Now - 2013
Food Match: Soft, yes, but there's some tannin too - so works well with any flavoursome meat dish
Old Bridge Rating: Great to see South America working with the great Spanish grape, Tempranillo, rather than just the French options. This has Spanish softness and easy charm, but a bit more 'grunt' and fruit intensity than you would expect from any Spanish wine at this price level
