DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

MINIMUM DELIVERY
No minimum number of bottles, but minimum order price (per delivery) of £40.

DELIVERY CHARGES
England, Wales, Scottish Borders & Central Scotland - £7.95 per case.
Order of less than 6 bottles - £12.
For orders of more than 3 cases, delivery charge is capped at £23.85.

Scottish Highlands £22 per case.
Offshore Islands - please ask for quotation.
Northern Ireland £22 for the first case, £10 per case thereon. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
Eire £25 for the first case, £10 per case thereon. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

A case is 12 bottles or 6 magnums. Other sizes will need to be quoted for individually.

COLLECTION
If you want to collect from the Old Bridge then there is obviously no charge. But we do have to take an authorisation on site from the card used for the purchase. We have, sadly, been the victims of fraud in the past.

FURTHER DETAILS
We normally send out deliveries the next working day, via courier, who will then deliver the following working day (except Ireland, see above). However it is unavoidable that wines will sometimes be out of stock, so we will always contact you to advise a delivery estimate. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you specify this. Deliveries are normally weekdays before 4pm, but timed deliveries are available at an extra cost.

We always need a contact number for the person receiving the delivery and instructions of where to leave the order if there is 'no-one home' (there is a textbox in the shopping process where delivery instructions can be left). If delivery cannot be made first time the courier will attempt once more. Further attempts or re-direction are chargeable, however. If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, Old Bridge Wine cannot be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it.

If a delivery has not arrived in the timeframe, please let us know. Although the courier should tell us if there are any breakages, please let us know of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, so we can investigate. Please also be sure to check the number of cases for which you are signing; we cannot replace wine that has been signed for but not received.
