1985 Now finished: VINTAGE PORT, Taylor’s

Taylor’s always make powerful, long-lived Port and even though 1985s are generally now mature, this is no exception to the normal style. Powerful, but ready. Opens up in the decanter.

JR herself, in 2015 – “Still going very strong from a bottle via a decanter. Lovely hazelnuts nose and soft, spicy and sweet on the palate. Tannins fully resolved but still vigorous too.”
