Prosecco is in the Veneto (just inland from Venice) and has (obviously) taken the world by storm in the last 20 years.
90% Glera, 10% Pinot Noir; twice fermented in steel tanks with two months lees ageing. Relatively low final sugar level (8-10g/l).
The Bronco family estate is based in the heart of the Prosecco region, with vineyards dotted around Conegliano-Valdobiadene. This comes mainly from the small village of San Pietro di Feletto.
Prosecco Rosé can be sweet, sickly and thoroughly un-appetising. This has lovely balance and excellent drinkability.
